Black Lives Matter Organizer Arrested for Sex Trafficking

Black Lives Matter Activist and Organizer,Charles Wade, was arrested for Sex Trafficking in late April.

According to The Washington Times, Charles Wade was arrested as part of an undercover operation based around a backpage ad for a 23-year old woman.

Wade, along with being an organizer for Black Lives Matter, co-founded Operation Hush or Help which provides many services including emergency placement housing for people in need.

According to the Daily Caller, Wade was charged with seven counts, including felonies for human trafficking. The charges carry sentences of up to 25 years in prison and a $15,000 fine. Wade posted $25,000 bond and left jail on April 27.
